MedEd Connections Resource Guide: Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH)
Are There Any Transition Resources Specifically for D/HH?
National Deaf Center for Post-Secondary Outcomes
This Center provides resources specific to assisting teenagers who are deaf or hard of hearing (D/HH) with the transition process. Included are resources addressing various audiences, such as parents, professionals working with students who are D/HH, and the students themselves. Topics include advocacy, social skills, disability laws, Deaf culture, vocational rehabilitation, and general transition planning.
You can visit the Outreach Center for Deafness and Blindness webpage for additional resources related to deafness and transition.
