This session will feature two speakers. Rachel Schultz, a member of the Center for Excellence will be sharing with families on Universal Design for Learning, (UDL). Families can learn what UDL is, why it’s important, is your child receiving UDL, and why UDL is helpful for students. Part two of the session will include Dr. Al LaBarre sharing on chapter 7 of the book- All About IEPs- Special Factors. A focus on access for students with visual impairments and connecting with the IEP Team. |

STS-Visual Phonics Training for Ohio Educators Spring 2025 |

The session will be live on Zoom and is not able to be recorded. To participate, you must attend the entire session on both scheduled days. Space is limited, and a wait list will be created after the first 30 Ohio participants have registered. Upon completion of the training, certificate of attendance and downloadable Visual Phonics cards will be sent to each participant. |
