State Support Team age-appropriate assessment library is designed to be a resource of vetted formal and informal transition tools for educators working with transition-aged youth in Ohio schools.

Career Connections offer practical ways for teachers and school counselors, families and community members to show students, as early as in kindergarten, the types of jobs possible for them. It provides decision-making materials and information that easily fit into classroom instruction at all grades levels.
