- State nature and duration of visual issues (assessment & plan section)
- Describe the guiding principles that inform the structure of an eye report/note
- Identify functional vision educational implications
- Define basic terminology
- Locate the student/patient findings on an eye report and work with the professionals available to serve your learner (TVI)
