The Eye Report: An Introduction

Learn more about the eye report, a vital assessment that provides information about a person's vision that can be used to provide needed supports at home, at school, and in the community.

Participants will be able to:

  • State nature and duration of visual issues (assessment & plan section)
  • Describe the guiding principles that inform the structure of an eye report/note
  • Identify functional vision educational implications
  • Define basic terminology
  • Locate the student/patient findings on an eye report and work with the professionals available to serve your learner (TVI)
